Ideal location, close to local parks, a beautiful promenade, and the Peter the Great Museum. Loved the variety of delicious food options here. 🌳

Sensational, great breakfast with very nice coffee. Excellent location in the natural area, close to multiple buses to center, major park, museums and festival grounds and major attractions.

I had a great stay and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

The rooms are brand-new and nicely decorated, the breakfast is excellent and included.

Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean. Quite a fair deal for it's price. I would qualify it as a good 3 star hotel/

I stayed there in mid-May and one of the days happened to be particularly cold. Well, the room was very cold as well, especially by the morning time. Apparently they turn the hit on/off based on the calendar, not temperature. Some of my friends staying in the same hotel complained about the same. While the room was very clean, the were minor problems in the bathroom such as slightly broken tiles that still looked clean, however.

The staff here is incredibly helpful, with always a smile on their faces.

It's the one of the most cozy and comfortable hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was clean and comfortable, the stuff was nice, the breakfast was delicious. Next time when I'll stay in thia hotel again!

Location, easy access, nice rooms

Crazy Russian tour groups from Sankt Petesburg. Staff had to call the police to calm down some visitors. Breakfast was a little bit poor.

The staff here were amazing and our rooms were impeccably clean and quiet, each with a balcony.

Unprofessional staff + You'll pay 3 euro for 0.5l bottle of mineral water in the room. I am aware about crisis, but is it so bad, that you have to pull out every possible penny from the customer?? Will not go further with other issues.

Nice, big and modern room (we got a free upgrade). Good value and quality restaurant. Park your car here and take a bus to the old town (any excepted number 60 and 61, it takes less than 10 minutes and costs 1.60 € one way)

The Hotel is located on the main street to Narva so, depending on the location of your room, it may be noisy if you leave the window open.

We loved how conveniently located this place was, within walking distance from a museum and a palace.

Long list! The rooms are really small and it seems that the last renovation was done in 1995. The temperature inside the rooms is the same as outside! It is ok on summer, but when outside temperature is 10c it is really cold inside. The staff told that they cannot do anything, and proposed to use the electronic heater, which was provided from the storeroom and was even older than 1995. The cleaning is done one time per day. If you are in your room when the cleaning time arises, and if you ask to come half an hour later, the staff told that she will not clean the room at all today. The breakfast end at 10 of the morning (which is normal for such hotel) but if you come at 9-55, they take all the food away with words "The breakfast is over!" The friendliness of staff, as you may see above, can be assessed as below any kind of normal expectations. This is clearly not 3 star hotel. It is not more that 1 star, or 2 star but only for the location, which is not far from the city center. The word “silence” cannot also be used in regard to the hell place. The hotel is full of 1-2 days bus travelers and personally my room was near the room where the bus drivers live. They come at 4 A.M. and started to discuss the contraction of bus, local girls and other “useful” information, which you really want to hear during your sleep time. The last thing I want to note that the only exception of this hell, was very friendly girl at reception (but it seems that she is just new employee and therefore is still normal person, not for long time I’m afraid).
